This page explains which cookies and similar technologies the Techsellr website uses, what for, how long they are stored and how you can change your choice. The website is operated by Akya BV, trading as Techsellr, Hekkerstraat 90/34, 9230 Wetteren, Belgium, company number BE 1026.814.482. You can send questions to hello@techsellr.com.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or smartphone. They make sure, for example, that the website works properly, that your language choice is remembered or that we can measure how the website is used. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as storage in your browser (local storage and session storage).
2. What types of cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary cookies. Without these cookies the website doesn't work properly, for example to secure your session, process forms or remember your cookie choice. We don't ask for consent for these, and you can't switch them off via our cookie banner.
Functional cookies. These remember choices you make yourself, such as your language. The temporary storage of your answers during the sales scan also falls under this: it's only used to keep the scan working when you switch pages.
Analytics cookies. These let us measure how visitors use the website, so we can improve it. We only place them with your consent.
Marketing cookies. These allow us, or partners such as LinkedIn or Google, to show you ads that match your interests, also on other websites. We only place them with your consent.

We only use the lines in brackets if that service is active on the website. [Remove them if you don't use Google Analytics or the LinkedIn Insight Tag.]
4. Fonts and embedded content
The fonts on this website are loaded via Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address in the process, but no cookies are placed. If we show content from other services, such as a calendar to book a meeting or a video, those services may place their own cookies. As soon as you click through to such a service, for example our Google booking page, that service's cookie policy applies.
5. Your choice
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the website also works if you refuse. We don't place any non-essential cookies before you've made a choice. We store your choice for 6 months and then ask again.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Your browser's help pages, such as those of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, explain how.
6. Personal data
Some cookies process personal data, such as your IP address or a unique identifier. How we handle this and what rights you have is explained in our privacybeleid.
7. Changes
If we start using new tools or the law changes, we'll update this cookie policy. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
